Massage Therapy for Health and Fitness   

Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to a persons muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.Our therapists use a variety of different techniques individualized to best achieve the physical benefits of massage for our clients.We offer various massage tecniques including Deep Tissue, Remedial, Relaxation, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainiage & more!

Massage therapy can help to:

There are some instances where massage may not be recommended, or a GP or specialist referral should be obtained, including (but not limited to):

  • if skin rashes, cuts or infections are present
